before & after your appointment

please read and understand my policies page here.

• please let me know if you have any fixes prior to the appointment. this will allow me to make time adjustments for corrections and schedule accordingly.

• please let me know if you are running late so i can accommodate accordingly.

• please refrain from applying creams or lotions before your appointment! nails need to be oil-free to ensure proper adhesion of the product; otherwise, it may peel or lift off.

• find inspiration pictures! i’m happy to assist you in selecting a colour or design, but i cannot allocate more than 30 minutes for this decision. additional charges may apply for extended time. it’s important to respect scheduling fairness for all clients, as delays due to indecision can affect others’ appointments.

• if you are unsatisfied with your service, kindly let me know asap! i’m always open to improvements. speak up or message me after your appointment and i promise i won’t bite. i will always try to accommodate within reason. let’s brainstorm together and find what will work better for you. healthy communication is key.

• please try to not go more than 4+ weeks for your next nail appointment. this may result in stressing your nail beds and can cause cracks, breaks, lifting, peeling, or nail greenies (mold).

• if you happen to break, crack, lift, or chip your nails within one week of your appointment, please reach out to me immediately, and i will address the issue within that one-week timeframe, for free.

• always, always, always use cuticle oil and lotion! well-hydrated cuticles are vital for promoting nail growth. remember, your skin is equally as important as your nails.

• your nails are jewels, not tools! try your best to be gentle with them.

• i always try my best to aim for perfection for your nail health. i like to work with your natural nails, not against it. i understand some nails may be wonky, but with patience and dedication, i can gradually address any imperfections and restore them to their best condition. your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated, as perfection is a process that takes a lot of loving, time, and care.

• have fun and be you! don’t stress over a colour or design. nails are not permanent and can always be changed or fixed! 🙂
