Appointment Request Policy:
First time clients require a non-refundable $10 deposit fee to secure an appointment with me. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your service. Details will be given after the appointment request.
Without a prior booking, any add-on service availability cannot be guaranteed.
A confirmation reminder text will be sent to you 1-3 days prior to your scheduled appointment.
Late or No-Show Policy:
Please notify me asap if you are running 5-15 minutes late for your appointment. I will modify, cancel, or reschedule your appointment as needed.
If you are more than 15-30 minutes late to your appointment without notice, it will be treated as a No-Show and a $20 fee will be applied for future appointment requests.
Cancellation or Rescheduling Request Policy:
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide a notice within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time. Failure to do so will result in an additional $20 fee for last-minute cancellations or rescheduling.
If two or more cancellations or reschedules incur, additional $20 deposit fee will be applied for future appointment requests.
Payment Policy:
At the moment, I can only accept cash or e-transfers. Sorry for any inconvenience. Please note that tipping is not necessary; there’s no obligation to do so. As this is a private studio, I have set my prices fairly, considering the effort, care, and attention that I dedicate to all my clients.
If you have a referral or discount code, please present the code to me before payment. Codes are one-time use only.
Illness Policy:
Please cancel or reschedule your appointment ASAP if you are sick or feeling unwell. Be mindful and please remember to wear a face mask if your coughs or sneezes are persistent, especially after being sick, to prevent the spread of germs.
Service Guarantee Policy:
If your appointment doesn’t meet your expectations, kindly inform me within 48 hours of your scheduled time. I’ll work with you to address any concerns, though please be aware that fees may apply depending on the adjustments needed to achieve your desired results.
Any nails broken, cracked, or need fixing within 1 week of your appointment will be repaired for free.
Children and Guests Policy:
If you plan to bring an additional guest, please notify me as soon as possible before your appointment; otherwise, they will not be permitted to enter. Children or babies joining must be accompanied by an adult to ensure they are being monitored and behave appropriately.
Confidentiality and Privacy Policy:
As this is a private studio, I prioritize maintaining the trust and confidence among my clients, ensuring a safe and respectful environment. I uphold strict confidentiality regarding all client personal details, information, and discussions.
Personal data is securely stored and utilized solely for salon-related purposes.
Any use of client images for promotional endeavors is subject to client consent.
Valuables:
It’s recommended that you refrain from bringing valuables like jewelry, watches, purses, or clothing items to your appointment. I cannot be held responsible for any damages that may occur during your visit, such as stains from polish, wax, dust, lotion, or oils. While I strive to prevent accidents, it’s recommended to wear comfortable clothing that you don’t mind staining, just in case.
Zero Tolerance:
I have zero tolerance for any form of discrimination, harassment, physical or verbal abuse, property damage, theft, fraud, or violation of my policies. If any of these behaviors are observed in the studio, I will stop and discontinue services, or require immediate departure from the premises. Individuals found engaging in such behavior will be prohibited from scheduling future appointments with me.
